I found a couple of the tracks from the new 2009 Dream Theater album, which sound really good, and they are legit too.

It still hasn’t leaked. Based on the reviews though I don’t think it will be any good. Probably their worst album since Train of Thought. If that album wasn’t good right out of the shoot either but I grew to like it, then hated it again.
You don’t seem to like much music =S The leaked tracks are amazing.
The album can already be found on popular torrent sites. As with any DT album i`ll have to listen to it a few more times before i could say whether i like it or not
