Metallica Death Magnetic Release Date

From two different sources I have seen reported it as:
a)15th September 2008
b)22nd September 2008
There isn’t actually a confirmed date, but it is likely to be one of the two.
A third source, Finland’s Record Shop X says these are the unofficial release dates:
